In response to the declaration of public health emergency by the Governor, the District Court of Guam has issued General Order 20-0012 that further outlines in detail, continued changes to its daily operations for the next few weeks to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The Office of the Attorney General of Guam is currently closed to the public by Executive Order No. 2020-05. Please see the attached notice on service and assistance during normal business hours, M-F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

The Government of Guam Department of Public Health and Social Services has issued a Social Isolation Directive, in response to Executive Order No. 2020-05 issued by the Governor of Guam, in an effort to limit the spread of COVID-10.
Please see the attached Notice indicating that the offices of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Districts of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands (USAO Guam and the NMI) will be closed effective by close of business today, March 19, 2020, and through March 30, 2020, or until further notice when safe to return to normal operating procedures.
