Please see the Third Updated Administrative Order ADM20-361, relative to Court Operations Under Exigent Circumstances related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) e-filed in the Supreme Court of Guam today, July 2, 2020. 



Please be advised of the key changes:
  • - Expands business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, for the same set of transactions, namely:
  • - Payment of traffic citations;
  • - Payment of case-related obligations, including bail, restitution, and fines and fees; and
  • - Requests for traffic and court clearances.    
  • - Extends the commencement of grand jury proceedings to no earlier than July 13, 2020.
  • - Extends the suspension of weekend sentences at DOC until August 1, 2020.
  • - Extends delayed confinement until August 1, 2020.
  • - Permits the Clerks of Court and parties to continue to serve documents through electronic means or by mail, except where personal service is required.
