(Hagåtña, Guam) The Supreme Court of Guam has adjusted the deadlines for interested individuals who wish to serve and file an amicus brief with the court regarding the validity and enforceability of Public Law No. 20-134.

The Judiciary of Guam is currently seeking nominations for the 2023 Hustisia Award. Please see the link below on the Press Release. The deadline to submit all nominations is April 7, 2023.

Please see the link reflecting a Resolution submitted on March 7, 2023 to the Supreme Court of Guam by the GBA Board of Governors, in support of amending Miscellaneous Rule 1.1.5(a) of the Local Rules of the Superior Court of Guam (Indigent Defense Rule). In the submission, the Board outlines additional changes that would be beneficial (see below on original request to the membership).
