Judge Arthur Barcinas Appointed as Part-Time Associate Justice of the Palau Supreme Court
(Hagåtña, Guam) – The President of Palau, Surangel S. Whipps, Jr., has tapped Judge Arthur Barcinas of the Superior Court of Guam to serve as part-time Associate Justice of the Palau Supreme Court, Trial Division.
