The Judiciary of Guam, in collaboration with the District Court of Guam and Guam Bar Association invite members of the public to attend a Law Month 2025 panel discussion titled “The Constitution’s Promise: Out of Many, One? Federal Policy and Territorial Impacts.” The event will take place on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, from 4:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. at the University of Guam CLASS Lecture Hall.
This panel will examine how federal policies shape the lived experiences of U.S. territories, with a particular focus on Guam. It will feature a distinguished group of speakers—Dr. Robert Underwood; Dr. Roseann Jones; Vincent Camacho, Esq; Daniel Somerfleck, Esq; Jamela Santos, MSW, LPC; and Harry Elliott, IV, Esq.
Attendees will receive 1.5 hours of general CLE credit.
